About Nejla

Support Coordinator

Meet Nejla, a compassionate and highly dedicated support coordinator with a strong background in support work, nursing, and complex care. Holding a Diploma of Nursing (Division 2) and qualifications in Mental Health First Aid, Nejla brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and genuine empathy to her role, allowing her to confidently support individuals with diverse and complex needs.

With experience working alongside vulnerable individuals, including those involved with child protection and the justice system, Nejla is passionate about providing person-centred, trauma informed support that empowers people to feel safe, heard, and understood. Her warm and approachable nature allows her to build genuine connections with ease, while her strong work ethic and reliability ensure she consistently goes above and beyond for the people she supports.

Nejla has a natural ability to tailor supports to each individual’s unique needs, interests, and goals, creating meaningful experiences that enhance quality of life and promote independence. Known for her caring personality and calming presence, she is a valued member of the CR Recovery & Wellness team. Outside of work, Nejla enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her two adorable cats and gorgeous dog, and embracing her Turkish culture and family connections.

About Sarah

Support Coordinator

Meet Sarah, a warm, bubbly, and compassionate support coordinator with extensive experience in support work, including supporting individuals with complex mental health and diverse support needs. Holding a Certificate IV in Community Services and qualifications in Mental Health First Aid, Sarah brings both professional knowledge and genuine empathy to her role, allowing her to provide thoughtful, person centred support tailored to each individual.

Alongside her professional experience, Sarah also brings valuable lived experience supporting family members with disabilities, giving her a deep understanding of the emotional, practical, and systemic challenges many participants and families face. As a mum herself, she is especially passionate about supporting children and families, providing a warm, understanding, and empowering approach that helps parents feel genuinely supported and less alone while navigating life with a child with disability.

Known for her caring nature, great sense of humour, and approachable personality, Sarah creates a safe and positive environment where people feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely supported throughout their journey.
